Lost & Missing Deliveries
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right
to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days
of delivery. This applies to products for sale at bygumrecords.com. However,
we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase
of video, DVD, audio, video products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please email, fax or write to us within 7 working
days of receiving the item. We will refund you within 7 working days of receiving
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept
returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.
To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return,
wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the
case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault
and return the defective item in its original packaging. Then send the package
to the address below:

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods
to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If
we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the
item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin
the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with
us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon
as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the
relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Delivery charges, and other services:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it
is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending
the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be
responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to
you in connection with your purchase.
Bygumrecords.com does not charge any customs duties on International shipments.
If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are
not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Bygumrecords.com
While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to
your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or
post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may
be applicable to your on-line order.
Bygumrecords.com cannot be held responsible for International taxes or levies
charged for your order.
Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information
about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers
and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border
deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Lost & Missing Deliveries
- for deliveries within the UK, please allow five working days for delivery
from the dispatched date
- for deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, please allow at least
7 to 10 working days from the dispatched date
- Please allow up to 28 days for any delivery
In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery.
It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it is possible
that they have already tried to deliver your package but were unable to.

The sales tax charged on your purchase is based on all applicable taxes related
to your shipping address. Please note that Channel Island customers should select
Jersey or Guernsey as the shipping country, in order to receive their orders
